・54th International Conference of Eastern Studies (ICES) was held in Tokyo (15th May 2009) and Kyoto (23rd May 2009).
　(next 55th Conference will be held in Tokyo (21st May 2010) and Kyoto (28th May 2010).

・Forum of Japanese and Chinese Scholars on Ancient Chinese History (in Japanese)
　2nd Forum will be held in Tokyo in May 2010 in conjunction with the 55th ICES;
　the topic will be "The Three Teachings and Literature in the Wei-Chin Period and the Formation of Aristocratic Society."

・International Congress of Asian and North African Studies (ICANAS)
　39th ICANAS will be held in the Netherlands.
